I am putting on weight

I was never a skinny person. Not sense I was a teen bug lately I have been putting on weight. I really need to eat better and start a regular workout routine.

I bought a stationary bike during the pandemic to focus on losing weight, and I'm down 25 lbs. in the last year. It's nice to be at home, getting to listen to music or watch a podcast, don't have to fuss about workout gear, and I can go at my own pace. Only about $200, but worth every penny.

I still got some ways to go, but I feel a lot more confident about my chances ever since getting one. It burns more calories and is easier on the joints than running is. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to shed some pounds

My metabolism noticeably slows every 10 years, 1st time when I hit 29...and I have to adjust diet...

I'm in the same boat. everytime i eat well and exercise or whatever. ill lose some weight but what took 3 months to take off seems to only take a few days to put back on. it's tough. But i need to get back on the weight loss train
