What's your exercise regimen like? [I Workout]

I try to get 30 mins in the mornings before work and when the kids are still asleep and 45 mins in the evenings.

Usually 50 push ups when i wake up, then 30-40 minutes mid day/morning of resistance training Then 20-30 mins on abs/obliques before bed and 50 pushups.

I don't stick to it perfectly but its a general idea/aim.
