@Ian1892 As I said, good diet is the most important thing. But what really helped me before on building muscle relatively fast, was having BCAA during and after workout and whey protein post workout. When I get back to the gym again, I might stick only to BCAA and just get my post workout protein from regular meals.

@KeyserSoze On the myprotein website there are BCAA tablets, BCAA 2:1:1 powder and BCAA 4:1:1 powder.

Which would be the best one to get?

@Ian1892 Powder is better because you can dissolve 1.5 scoop in bottle of water and keep taking sips during and after your workout. I’ve taken Xtend and Amino-X but Xtend was better.

I've tried just about everything (over the counter), and, except for creatine, it's all a huge waste of money.
