Getting back to the gym after a long pause is so depressing

I am weak af, can’t even curl a 15 pound dumbbell properly. Have to use all the upper machines without weights 😔.

So keep at it. Get back into the routine and you’ll be back at your old workout pace before you know it. You’re not weak. If you were, you wouldn’t be at least trying to go back to the gym.
