Why wouldn't it be? Exercise is exercise wherever it is done. If you have one in your home, on privacy, some say exercising nude actually burns more calories.

@samueltyler2 Ahh, no it's not the same! You are omitting fresh air, natural surfaces, and all the beauty and bounty, that Mother Nature, has to offer, amongst many things! 😊

@Oster1 true, it is a joy to be out in the open air, but exercise quality, calories burned arr calories burned wherever.

@samueltyler2 Nope, in all respects, I still disagree! Fresh air, sunlight, hormone production, uneven surfaces, mental stimulation and direction, ambient temps and conditions, weather, etc., have way more caloric burning efficiency effects, than indoor static exercise, ever could! 😊

@Oster1 I would prefer walking in a forest, or on the beach. If in private, clothing optional.
