Would you feel slighted or upset if you told someone of the opposite sex on SW your real first name and a week later they forgot it?

Lol…… in the grand scheme of things it’s not all that upsetting. Certainly not enough to block. I’d just pick up the shattered pieces of my ego and move on.

No, I regularly forget everyone's name and also confuse them with other people I've been talking to so I'm pretty forgiving.

I once brought my college boyfriend home to meet my parents. When the time for introductions arrived, I could not remember his name.

I doubt very much that people who DM me remember my real name, and some of them check in so infrequently that I have forgotten THEIR names, or I get them wrong. But no, I would not be that kind of prickly dweeb...I would not block them for forgetting my real name.
