I offer what I have to say regardless of the type count it takes. An expression of good will free of charge in that I expect no recipient pat on my back for havin' done so.

I stopped doing it years ago on here. I realized the attention spans were lacking where reading is concerned with the vast majority and it's only gotten worse as time has gone on. Frustrating as hell sometimes isn't it? Sorry it's happening to you 😞

The other day, I started to write a reply but then I got hungry and went to cook lunch, when I got back in about an hour, I wrote further, clicked on send but the post was gone. 😂

People simply don't take the time to read a long post. It's a shame because some are full of wisdom.

Yup, done that many times. I would write it and post it thinking it would trigger a deep and consequential chat. And then ... nothing. 🙄

Whenever someone posts a long reply I wait until I get home, I make a cup of tea and then I snuggle up in bed to read it.

Even worse: writing a long, thoughtful reply, hitting "post comment" and then getting the message that says the post no longer exists!
