I think the selfie ones would. Like the concept of a digital camera would be bonkers for them, but to be able to upload it instantly to a website for everyone else to see is beyond everything they know.
They were used to light-sensitive materials to capture flash photography to create a negative image that needed a chemical solution to turn it into a black and white one. Camera phones with internet capabilities is decades upon decades of technological advancements for them. You could easily convince them it was alien technology.

Probably the fact that whoever asked this can't correctly identify that Similar Worlds is a website - and not an app.
@HootyTheNightOwl yep, but it behaves like an app in doing so. You install it from the Play store, it shows up in the app list, can be placed on your home screen and doesn't show the browser navigation like a forward button, search within page and the address bar.
@NerdyPotato It's still a bookmark, though.
