A human brain has unlimited data storage but poor data retrieval. What did you have for dinner 2 weeks ago last Tuesday? It's in your brain but you can't retrieve it unless it was significant - your favourite dinner, romantic meal with your spouse etc.
A computer has excellent data retrieval but limited storage. A computer accurately records your meals for the last week then it's deleted.
So we need to wire the 2 up. That's the holy grail.
@Nimbus I have heard that cosmetic doctors sometimes use sterile natural sponges to fool their patients tummies into feeling full, but they do have to be surgically implanted and replaced now and then. Something on that idea, that would not require surgery, would make billions!
