Its something I've dealt with through out my life but didn't know the term for until the last few years!! If you wanna talk about it hit me up! 💕 I know it can be so weird/scary/uncomfortable/confusing.

Probably some depersonalization/derealization. Also antidepressants can sometimes cause a really flat/numb feeling so it could be caused by meds

Sounds like you've got something working on you - something that's begging to be worked through.

Ms. E, what was the diagnosis from your hospital visit or they haven't figured it out yet.

That's hopefully something temporarily. Or even maybe a defence mechanism. Is it bad? 🥺

When I was a kid, I would sometimes become convinced that everything around me was just props, and if I only knew how, I could look behind what I saw and find reality. Does that seem similar to you?
