Having the incidents logged directly in our system not only helps us identify the users that are recurrently offending our members, but [b]appropriate actions might be taken [u]automatically[/u] by our system in many cases[/b]. Also, when we review a case, the reports help us finding exactly where the offenses are, so we don't need to spend time looking through all the posts.

If it’s something bad that exploits children usually it gets removed immediately and you get a report saying what the action was.
If it’s something like a picture not marked as nudity that can take awhile.
