Do you believe in soulmates?

I'm cynical about it. Seems a bit like an unrealistic fairytale. The definition also seems fluid and subjective. How many people once thought that only to have it end badly, etc..

I do think we can connect with and be in sync more deeply with some though.

I think we're capable of having more than one, and it's not always romantic

Nah, with 7 billion ppl on this Earth, hardly anyone would ever find theirs anyway. Some people are just compatible by happenstance. 🤷‍♂️ And no, I've never found anyone remotely like that.

No I dont. I think people grow,change, evolve over time and not every person changes, evolves in the same way. If that happens with you and your spouce then awesome ! you are soul mates. But not every body does so time to move on.

I have been married for 48 years and pretty sure no one else could have put up with me. Not sure if that is the same thing.

Maybe. Definitely believe in kindred spirits and have thankfully crossed-paths with a number of those in my life.
