Is there a way to induce or increase any melatonin in my body?

Hi everyone! Quick question! I don’t have any melatonin tablets so I’m asking if it’s possible to increase the melatonin in my body to help me go to sleep a little earlier tonight.

Dont know about that, but avoid electronics, the blue light messes with sleep

Nothing works as well for me as drinking half of litre of beer one or two hours before falling asleep, but I wouldn't say it's healthy 😬 but it works 😅

Take melatonin supplements - they help set the body clock. They aren't really harmful used properly - whereas sleeping tablets are dreadful for your health.

Get the room as dark as you can and stay off your phone etc.
