I always heart people who reply unless its plain rude or ultra negative

No. Just if you get the urge. I used to heart them all as a way of saying thanks for taking the time. Then it got like i was trying not to hurt feelings or play favorites. But it's a pretty tough crowd here no one expects all their answers hearted but enjoy getting best answer. If I'm wrong someone will tell me. Rest assured.

I do. Unless the answer is retarded, off topic, or they insult me 🤷‍♀️ It’s not mandatory but I feel weird if I don’t 😂
That sounds like a sane thing to do.@MorbidCynic

It's polite but that doesn't make it mandatory.
I think you should do it if you appreciate the answer.

@stound I agree. Even if I'm the one that asked the question, giving a heart to an answer you don't like seems wrong. And if the answer is rude or off topic, I have no trouble deleting it.
@PeachesGR I suppose it depends on how you define not liking... lots of things I don't like, but it can be clever, well thought or different. I don't bother deleting rude or off kilter remarks, that just seems to encourage some people.

@stound Yes, but after delivering a rude comment, I block them so they have no room to "go further," in public or private.

I heart all the answers to my questions unless they’re rude. I feel it’s a way of showing appreciation for people taking the time to answer. I also try to comment on most of the answers as I find it’s a good way to get to know people and just have fun.

Seriously, I'm glad you liked it.
I heart what I heart.... And that isn't a lot
I always felt like it's a good way to acknowledge comments.. especially if you don't reply to them.

Not mandatory at all, but some people do.
