cutting sugar out of my diet. I've tried to many times in the past few months. It just keeps sneaking its way back into my desserts everywhere.

Oh sure.
Problem is, all i seem to do is substitute one fault for another !
I switched from drinking 8-10 cups of coffee a day to 8-10 cups of tea everyday !🙄
I go on month long diets. Exercise. Lose weight. Get stressed. Put weight back on again !😠
Family annoy the crap out of me !😒So i spend time away from them☺...which of course makes me feel guilty😥 and so we go round and round !!

yeah I keep staying up at night too late, and I hate getting up early in the morning. I get a good sleep pattern going then slip back😟
