Since the term "woke" originally was African American slang for "aware and understanding of the struggles under a racist society”, we’ve never lived in such a world.
Ironically, the term has now been co-opted by white supremacists to ridicule folks who [b]aren’t[/b] racists. 😳

@LordShadowfire No, because it's much more difficult to sleep when one is aware that humans of a different color are attempting to overcome oppression and level the playing field.
