it depends on a lot. we have a microbiome on our skin that is part of our immune system, so might be best to go by how often you're actually dirty

Well, if you didn’t even drop any single drop of sweat, I don’t feel it’s that necessary. It depends on many things such as the weather or whatever surrounding temperature, your activities, the sensitivity of your skin, and how clean your surroundings are.


I learned some tricks to keep my skin fresh without showering very frequently because I used to spend months in deserted places where there was hardly any water for drinking…

The trick is mainly applying some of locally produced talc powder with calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, silica and zinc sulphate. It totally saved my life so I keep using it even when I’m showering multiple times a day.

I do but reading what some "ladies" write about here they're more like hockey players and shower after three periods

I use only water when it's more than once a day, because it's super hot and I dont like being sticky

I've seen my fil go a whole week without a shower. He wasn't feeling well but he wasn't incapacitated. I absolutely take one everyday. The only way I wouldn't is if I were to be in capacitated somehow.

P.S: During my stay in China, most of them did not shower, and they smelled AF, even though they tend to be less hairy 🤢

I think so. Your skin sweats and/or picks up environmental debri and it needs to be cleaned of it. Showers are the best way of doing it.

I don't think my mil takes one every day. I know she doesn't wash her hair every day.

I would expect rhat if you showered often you would only need to a quick shower
