Have you ever experienced such a feeling upon waking up? An answer you got in the form of a feeling? What is it called?

If you have been thinking of something a lot and haven't been able to figure out why someone or something is behaving/happening in a certain way, then one day you wake up with an answer in the form of a feeling. That feeling tells you why someone or something is behaving/happening in a certain way and then you feel like you got your answer. Is this some form of connection with the universe?
This happened to me recently, the moment I woke up from my sleep. What is this feeling called? And has this happened to you too?

This is natural phenomenon. When you once have question in your mind, thought about that, but unable to get answers, then you stop consciously thinking about it anymore. But it gets registered in your subconscious. When you are having good sleep, your mind don't have to think about your conscious concerns, then your subconscious mind starts to use your mind for the things lying in your subconscious. When the subconscious gets the answers it silently places it in your memory. If the subconscious is highly active, it can show you dreams. This is the reason why many dreams are related to our fears in subconscious.

You may ask, why I Wass not able to get answers when I was thinking consciously, and why I got the answers when mind was working subconsciously. The reason is distractions, that doesn't let your mind work at full potential when you are conscious. You are conscious of many other things in waking state. You can improve that through yoga.

The Eureka syndrome, or something like that. The guy who first documented it used to run down the street to announce his findings. And once he was in the bath when it happened and things got embarrassing,.

@SW-User Intuition is good.

It's all usually a matter of your Brain doing what it Does Best, 'Keeping us Alive'. And it does it during our sleep. Waking up near to or during the process gives us these feelings at times if we pay attention to those whispy morning thoughts before they dissipate. 🌬️ 💭

Each day Our Brain 🧠 coalesces an inconceivable number of conscious and unconscious inputs, millions of bits of stored information, (memories), sorts, churns and correlates them, (the main brain function when we sleep is "putting it all together") and generally feeds it back to us all day long whether we recognize it or not.

It does this to for subconsciously, keeping us from 'stepping in the hidden snake', being uneasy in a new environment, remembering and reacting with microsecond timings that we could never consciously command.
All the Things we've learned , known, experienced, done, seen, heard of, even subconsciously make us Prediction Machines.

Einstein did that through cat naps. Makes sense to me, metaphysically.

The Feeling is most likely [c=4C0073]Prescience[/c].
Pronounced: presh-ee-uhns Not pre-science

It's the fact of knowing something before it takes place.

Kinda like Deja Vu ahead of time.

Also there's
Anticipation, Preconception, Premonition, Intuition Foreseeing, Foresight or Foreknowledge.

Dreams are the mind at work. All night long your right brain is busy trying to work out things that are bothering you. Since the right brain can not use words, it uses feelings.
