Today was by far the worst

I didn't get a break because i guess i was forgotten about. I wasnt able to get away to the bathroom either because nobody was there to cover me because short staffing. So im starved, dehydrated and in need of a bathroom. My head is pounding and i feel sick and dizzy because i haven't eaten since yesterday early afternoon. I got stuck staying nearly a half hout after to finish some bs. As usual everyone ignored me just about. It's obvious too like they'll say hi to everyone but me. Walk right past.

I'm sorry. 😔 If I were you, I would leave work early. If anyone complains, just say you didn't get a break. Fuck it. If they're not going to respect you or your hours, why should you respect theirs?

At least it's Friday (assuming you have weekends off, of course). Hope you can feel better soon. 🫂

@apersonnamedit You really should peel out of there early if you don't get a break. That's not right and if you're not getting them, then screw them. Give yourself one. What are they gonna do, fire you for refusing to work for free?

Sounds like you need to assert yourself in a healthy way when necessary. If you have to go to the bathroom and nobodies around that's not your problem, you're legally required a break which you didn't get and you didn't get it. Also if you're usually quiet people might assume you don't wanna talk.
