What are you trying to accomplish by working out? I workout too.
apersonnamedit · 26-30, T
@Kurea Toning up and buiding strength

The more intense your workout the more micro tears your muscles have. the more pain as well as lactic acid you get.
Be less intense, you will enjoy it more, and have less soreness.
Getting fit and strong is not a race, it is a process.

2 questions; Just how long have you been working out for at this level? First week? Month? Etc...
...and, how long - duration - do you work out for? 30 mins? 1 hr? 2 hrs?

@AmberDuponte About 5 days and roughly 1.5 to 2hrs

@apersonnamedit ...and there we have it, hun!
The first couple of weeks are the hardest as your body is trying to adapt to the new stress - ie, exercise.
I'd say that 1 1/2 to 2 hrs is too long at the moment; I'd do something short and sharp - around 45 mins - and add an extra 5-10 mins every other week.
At around 45 mins the stress hormone begins to kick in, which is not something that you really want at the moment....one of the things that the stress hormone does - the fight or flight hormone - is to retain the energy stores as well as it can. That means fat stores.
So, try some HIIT (Hi Intensity Interval Training) for full-body and try to do it under an hour. Make sure to drink water throughout and eat a protein heavy meal pretty much as soon afterwards as you can.
Hope that helps..

If you’ve only recently started, feeling sore all over is normal. Your body will adjust and you should be able to do your exercises like nothing soon enough.

I am sorry but you are right.
You are underweight. Yes, working out would destroy your body unless your intake is higher than the calories needed for work out and daily life.
It sucks to eat more but it is your only option.
