The gym is just destroying my body i swear. I hurt all over again. Especially my legs,abs and neck. Ouch

How does the gym even help people? Im hurting

The more intense your workout the more micro tears your muscles have. the more pain as well as lactic acid you get.

Be less intense, you will enjoy it more, and have less soreness.

Getting fit and strong is not a race, it is a process.
