Do you speak the truth, even if it hurts someone’s feelings?

I do. Not trying to sound very mean, but sometimes you have to be brutally honest and hurt someone’s feelings to help them and and get them to realize how stupid and lazy they’re acting, or how for example drugs than destroy their life. If you ask me for the truth, that’s what you’re going to get! Don’t get angry when you asked for it! I don’t care about your feelings! Speaking the truth is more kinder than lying to make you happy. You have to be “mean” sometimes to help someone. I mean of course you have to you tact but sometimes there’s no nice way to say and we need more people to tell it like it is.
