Today has been the worst day of my life. My car is ruined, im in pain and i wish i died in the wreck.

I was coming home from work this car pulled out in front of me like I wasn't there. I tried braking as best I could but I ended up hitting them in the side. What sucks is that I was going about 45mph before braking so I hit hard. My front end is destroyed. Completely ruined and I'm getting a ticket supposedly. I refused the medics because I can't afford it I dont have insurance right now.

My head feels airy. The airbag hit me in the right side of my upper chest and that hurts and there is a bruise forming and my right knee aches. Also having some issues breathing but what can I do.

At least the cop was nice to me.

It's insane that the US spends trillions on the Military but doesn't have a universal healthcare plan.

That's awful to hear, but the worst thing is that you can't get medical treatment without having to pay. The breathing issue sounds like it needs to be checked out.

@SW-User The public healthcare system is paid for by everyone with a job who pays tax, and it works out to be around 2% for higher income earners and less for lower. So i'm on about 40k a year at the moment and pay $600 a year to cover any hospital and doctors visits. Ambulance insurance is separate at about $60 per year and dental is not included so that's an expense worn by everyone. I understand some are upset about paying 2%, but if i can pay it easily i don't know why those wealthier have a problem. Overall it's a great system even with some flaws.
