The American Heart Association now says skip the mouth to mouth and just do chest compressions. Research shows continued compassion is better than those interrupted for mouth to mouth.

This is why it's important to get certified every 2 years. Things change and it's important to be up to date.

Because people are stupid. It's just CPR.
