And really, it's not because of racism. Look at any art style from anywhere in the world and you'll find that it mostly reflects what the racial majority looks like.

Could it be that it's because you're racist? FYI, most anime is Japanese but let's not let that confuse the issue, guess anyone with slanted eyes is "Chinese" to you, right? Koreans, Vietnamese, Japanese are all different Peoples... Only about 2% of Japan's population is foreign so it stands to reason that they portray an animation of Japanese to represent themselves.
