Why all the constant hostility? How comes folks here can't seem to agree to disagree?

It gets brutal .

Although, in saying that, I use this place as practice to keep my cool , and learn to laugh off the ugly nature of some people.

Not saying I'm there yet, but it's helped me a great deal to cope with the meanesa in people in real life .

But some comments are very inhumane and sad that make you not able to shut up lmao

I usually miss the drama, probably because I am not interested in the posts/questions that attract the fights.

I've been called many names on here and I SMH. It's getting stale.

I'm usually pretty laid back. I'm mostly here for a laugh. Sometimes, though, I see something I have to disagree with. I bite my tongue more often than not though.

Advice .... when you see arguing and personal insults ... BLOCK immediately ... BLOCK alot ... when in doubt ... BLOCK

Some are so wrapped up in their own mindsets, that someone disagreeing with them is like being hit with a brick.

I see almost none ... I have had those folks blocked forever.

Sadly, it's just a reflection of everyday life.

Unfortunately, the anonymity of online debate often encourages people to be less than civil. They don’t risk the punch in the nose rudeness in person might invite. 😅
