If your favorite SWeep from another part of the world were to visit you, what would you show them about the place you live?

Big sur CA

I'd take them to San Francisco, and maybe to Lake Tahoe or Yosemite or another of my favorite northern California landmarks.

The cornfields

The downtown core — the hub of the city, where buildings tower over you and everything moves at lightning speed. Then, we’d go the other direction and I’d show them the farm fields, the wide open spaces and the mountains— where everything moves at a slower pace.

My bed

We could take a boat ride through the fjords, or go hiking in the hills.

Or just stay indoors, warm and party.

Various parts of Chicago, like the museums, etc, and the areas with nature

Central Park, Orchard Beach, Coney Island, and then Flushing for dim sum

i have lots going on where i live...lots.

I live by a lake which is surrounded by a forest; there are plenty of things I'd show them.

To the nearby islands of Orkney to show them some of the ancient sites such as .Ness of Brogdar,Scarra Brea.also local Castles.

Before the pandemic I would’ve taken them to ride on the Powell St. cable car, to browse Fisherman’s Wharf and later, to dine at the Cliff House. For brunch, we would’ve gone to A Musical Offering cafe over in Berkeley (I’m thinking of one friend in particular who loves classical music as much as I do) and if we were especially lucky, a local string quartet would be performing as we ate.

I would instead fly us both to Falakata and Siliguri. It's the place to be.
