My stomach, thighs, and arms have been killing me. And I do manual work. Wtf!

I’m retired, and yesterday I did 20 minutes of a HIIT cardio, followed by 40-minutes of weight training for chest, shoulders, and triceps, followed by some leg work. I need to do back and biceps today. It’s hard work, but fun once you are past the beginner stage. @Davemcdave
