Do you feel insecure about your body ?

Eh, I think it's objectively unattractive, but I honestly like the look of it for the most part. The only thing is that my stomach and thighs look really flabby whenever I'm exhausted or after a hot shower. Before I got a command hook in the bathroom, I'd sometimes have to step out into the hallway naked to get the towel, and lemme tell you seeing myself in that big ol' bathroom mirror did not do wonders for my self image lol. 🙄🔫

Not at all now, i used to be underweight but a change of diet and regularly going to the gym and i have no insecurities at all..

My body is healthy and serves me reliably.
I look after it to ensure it stays that way for as long as possible.
I don't take it for granted, but yes, I feel reasonably secure.

I have body dysmorphia. It's not fun.

Ever since I joined the military, I kept in good shape. That investment is paying off now.

Pretty much! Except when I'm at the beach or pool area, then I couldn't care less. I love swimming. 😅
