just read an acticle last month talking about how wearing a bra if you are only a-c cup increases risk of cysts, clogged ducts, infections even cancer. so if you dont want to wear one dont

I see nothing wrong with it generally if both you and they are comfortable with it...there are times when it is deemed inappropriate (like in the work place for example).

Nope. I hate them, so I can certainly understand your feelings. But if you can find a really comfortable sports bra that doesn't bind or pinch, try to wear it as much as possible. It will keep gravity at bay a bit longer.
