Going to make a 3 course menu tomorrow, any ideas?

@RubySoo well i'm glad you enjoy soemthign else at least :) but dicing and slicing the meat, smelling the vegetables slowly disintegrate in the soup, seeing the meat get a nice colour cause of the marinade, the dough slowly rising in the oven! theres loads to enjoy :)

@TwiddlerofThumbs yeah but i checked around and ground lamb is something not sold!
some lamb and such, and theres the butcher and he only sells like premium cuts of lamb and i would find it a waste to butcher some nice filet or something :(

but since i want to make it a 3 course meal i need to find desert and apetizer!
i might do somethign i already did "puff pastry with ham and pesto rolled up then sliced as little cakes and then baked in the oven" or maybe somethign new! a nice vegetable soup with my (old premade veggie broth that took me like 12 hours to make) with pesto and pasta! depends on what i do what the other stuff will be

@RubySoo it seems you don't understand what i like to do xD I DISLIKE SIMPLE! THE HARDER IT IS THE MORE STEPS THE BETTER! certainly in cases liek this where my favourite cousin will be gone for a year and this is the last time i'll see him! THIS WILL BE BIGGER THE CHRISTMAS AND WHAT EVER BIG PARTY YOU HAVE COMBINED!

@RubySoo NOT IF I CAN4T FIND ANY IDEAS TO MAKE :( then i'll go to my basic lasagna, my own made sauce andc cheese sauce which takes me 2 hours self made pasta and then jsut in the oven!

it sounds amazing but i think we have already settled on a menu.
so i'll do you r thing next time :)

its gonna be "dough treats with ham and pesto" its like those circles of dough filled with ham and also pesto, then wrapped up and rolled up, then once it hardens in the freezer or fridge you cut it like a big sausage and the circles you put in the oven!

main course will be self made doner kebab with self made pita bread and nice self made garlic and only the freshest vegetables with that!

then as a finish apple crumble!
