made udon noodle soup with pork, what do you think?

@SW-User haha thanks! i mean except the noodle everything else was pretty much perfect :) certainly the pork! found the best way to marinate it! a ltitle brown sugar soy sauce and mirin and then a bit of garlic powder! let it sit in there for at least an hour and ooh its so good!

Sometimes food tastes better than what it looks so it’s okay. If you enjoyed it then that’s all that matters @popmol

@SW-User well yeah but i still thin it looks pretty nice :) also the reason its dark is cause of the soy sauce!

they are more flat cause i don't have a machine to do it!
and since i don't have machines to make stuff, they easily break apart.
also for my mother i need to make spelt, which makes things even darker!

@RedRhapsody yes i made some! not sure i posted them here this was itit wasn't put on nice since my sister ruined the pan my scratching it all up so it all stuck to it :( but the taste was incredible :)

@AthrillatheHunt aah well its really good! try it sometimes! just take 3/4 a cup sake 1/4th a cup mirin, a tea spoon of brown sugar and garlic powder! put it in a bowl and add meat, let sit for at least 30 minutes and yum :)
