Eventually you realise there were things whose outcome you can affect, for example the exams and studying, and things whose outcome you can't affect.
You do the best prep you can for the first lot and ignore the second lot.... Never yet found the situation where worry improved it!
Good luck with your exams btw ;)

If it's in any way influencing your life or health it's not normal and you need treatment. Still, even if it isn't having a high influence but you feel like something's off, better to see a professional and let them judge. They will probably talk to you before prescribing you any kind of treatment to see how serious it is.

you need a break, exercise, good food, a picnic outside.. alone.. with a book. I figured people who suffer from anxiety really dont know how to take a proper and frequent breaks. Good luck

The government always tried to give me treatments but I never took them, maybe I should have, maybe I would of enjoyed life more than what I have, or maybe I would of ended it sooner, who knows, but I tell you if I wanted it or thought I needed it I would of, I'm def not the best person to take advice from, so listen to your gut if it's telling you to try it, then try it lol
