Says YOU.. America is a backwards place and no part of America is more backwards than Texas. In Canada we have a few poster children who are of the category of the worst of the worst - one particular example raped and murdered two teenage girls unspeakably and you know what they did with this piece of excrement - they not only locked him up for life they declared him a dangerous offender and so he will NEVER see the outside of a prison. They did not make him famous - they side lined him absolutely and forgot about him - no one even remembers his name.... The death penalty is an anachronism and it accomplishes NOTHING - it costs more to get than locking up the idiot for life. They are an imminent threat to no one. Enlightened countries such as China, Iran, Iraq and TEXAS conduct the death penalty - sic... The bigger problem in the USA is the stupid easy availability of guns and ammunition - not so easy in England, Canada or Europe and you don't have so many mass shootings in these locals because they have sensible gun control there - THE USA is it's own worst enemy and for a great country it does some real stupid stuff. @-Selah-:
