No one asked for you to apologize, you are entitled to your opinion but outside of whack job states like Iran and China, the Philippines and Indonesia most countries that still retain the death penalty do not apply the death penalty for offences other than murder - well Texas does - it has the laws of parties where someone who did not commit the murder can be executed but Texas is hardly a civilized place and one which I avoid at all costs. If you can not tell I am an advocate of surgically negating the threat by removing the barbarians parts - without a penis or the testicles to drive it, he won't be raping or practicing pedophilia ever again and beyond being highly effective it is an appropriate punishment to such a barbaric offender.
