How do I lose this weight?

I hate myself and by Just looking in the mirror I'm NAUSEOUS. I've never been anyone's first choice and I knew exactly why.

How comes I can't change this??

Watch what your drinking. Soda, fancy coffee drinks, juice and sweet tea are all loaded with sugar and will make you gain weight. Make sure to drink a lot of water or lemon water sweetens with stevia. Also limit your fried food intake and limit yourself to one dessert item in small amounts once a day or every other day so your cravings don't get out of control.

@rokrchik1211 good advice.The sugar content should be wrote on supermarket food.It is here in England.

It is but not everyone reads it or maybe realizes just how much sugar it is. Coffee drinks are often made when ordered and the sugar content is not usually listed on those drinks. Not listed on drinks at a bar either which can be loaded with sugar and calories.@tallpowerhouseblonde

Sounds redundant, but diet and exercise. The key thing is keeping track of your caloric input and output, and ceasing to eat added sugar.

Get MyFitnessPal to log your input and output. Eat less and move more. It is hard nut rewarding.

A diet of good food no takeaways.Exercise early before you eat anything as bodyfat will be used up.The best all round exercise is a rowing machine and you can have one at home.Remember improving muscle is not the same as getting rid of unwanted fat.

You can with diet, exercise and dedication. Though people who judge you just by one thing probably aren’t worthwhile anyway.

long walks helps reduce weight and tummy size but it takes a few years but does work
Limit your carb intake to 45-60 per meals and keep your snacks at 15 carbs or less.

Never ever hate yourself, everybody has their own beauty, there is nothing wrong with wanting to change things about yourself to make yourself feel better but always remember that you are beautiful no matter what, it's what is inside that counts.
