New Mexico. I actually just looked it up and I think I was remembering the age of consent with marriage. It’s 16 with a spouse, 17 is the general age and the Romeo and Juliet laws apply to minors between the ages of 13 and 16, with the older party no more than 4 years older since the age of consent is actually 17. Hope that makes sense. @MessieNessie

18 makes sense to me. At that point they are an adult legally. Not sure why New Mexico has these loopholes. @MessieNessie

It's 18 for alcohol. Possibly 16 for sex. Not 100% sure though

16. Though 14 years old can give consent to 18 or younger.
