Actually exercising should increase your energy levels
Joecas46 · 41-45, M
How are you on an emotional level? Stress has a huge impact on fatigue
SW-User
@Joecas46 I believe the same, work out increased your energy levels and get you a good sleeping.
@Joecas46 Meh. Hahaha I'm missing Australia a lot, and it does make me sad from time to time. I'm just afraid if that's the case. How could I fix that?

I'd be wary of diving into eating anything with 'miraculous' health benefits without discussing it with your doctor. Food are chemicals and certain combinations can have severe negative effects even relatively innocent foods. At the very least research it thoroughly yourself. It could be simply your diet, are getting enough iron, have you suddenly gone veggie or vegan, what about diabetes you can purchase urine test sticks from your pharmacy. A simple blood test at the docs may save you time money and effort!
@SW-User Thank you. :) I don't eat any such foods. I follow a strict Paleo diet, and my doctor knows about it. And when I started eating Paleo, I started small. I just began decreasing the amount of "bad" food I was eating till I found that I didn't crave it anymore. I know I don't have diabetes or thyroid problems. It runs in my family, so I get checked out frequently. I do think iron is the problem, but I am very surprised because of my diet.

Too much can cause free radical damage, you need to have the proper amount of anti-oxidants in your diet. Also get your iron levels checked because a lot of exercise such as running can result in anemia.

Try eating flax seed or coconut oil.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@MrBrownstone Most medical doctors believe it clogs arteries and is bad for the heart but the unique thing about coconut oil is that it melts at 76 F. so when you ingest it then it stays liquid in the body, you can also buy a liquid form.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
@cherokeepatti It is high in fat. But there is a doctor who has a formula of how much to take. Improvements was seen as quick as 5 doses
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@MrBrownstone I can't take flax oil cause it causes heartburn but can eat the ground up seeds...Golden flaxmeal is much higher in the good stuff than the cheaper brown flax, it's well worth the extra money it costs.

I had experience that. I believe it was over exercising/training. Even though I was careful with my workouts, the betaendorphins masked how much I overdid it.
Plus even though I had my rest days, I still seemed to overdo it during the non-rest days.
I was eating a well balanced diet but I thought it was a lack of protein so I took supplements but that did not help.
Not until I backed off a lot, then I was more rested.

hummmm lost of suggestions but i dont see anything concrete to help you... how are you sleeping... you might get something like a fit bit so you can monitor your sleep...

maybe change your exercise. if you have been doing the same thing maybe its time to change it up a bit...

Do you think its depression... sounds like it could be part of it.... lifestyle changes are hard...

if its been awhile since you had a checkup maybe you should....
My fatigue was from B12 def
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Mondayschild yes and that leads to anemia over time, needs to get checked for different things, thyroid too.

Spending free time doing good deeds, helping people, cleaning, etc can bring good energy. A lot of energy comes from how our parents feel about us too, so making sure they're happy with us is important as well 🙏
It usually improves your condition. Though it depends. If you don't eat properly after these exercises it can drain your energy levels.
I find that working out boosts my energy.
@LegionIscariot It boosts my energy while I'm working out and a few hours afterwards. It's usually around 2pm when I start to crash down and feel really tired.
@lauriethecolourful Do you drink alot of sugar?
Do you sleep late? Do you sleep well?
@LegionIscariot Heck no! Hahaha I follow the Paleo diet, so no unnatural sugars are in my diet.
My sleeping schedule is usually alright. At times, I do find myself staying up late, stressing about writing, though.

I think at first it makes you tired, but once you get into a routine, it should give you more energy, not less.:)

Couple times a week is enough.

Could just be low iron.
FattyMcFatts · 46-50, M
You’re probably not drinking enough alcohol.

It could be cancer.

It can of your diet isn't balanced to high amounts of exertion. Low iron, magnesium, electrolyte, and just minerals in general can result.
