Do you think working out is a possible reason for feeling tired all the time?

I'm trying to narrow down possibilities before I visit with the doctor. It may be something I can fix by myself.

I'd be wary of diving into eating anything with 'miraculous' health benefits without discussing it with your doctor. Food are chemicals and certain combinations can have severe negative effects even relatively innocent foods. At the very least research it thoroughly yourself. It could be simply your diet, are getting enough iron, have you suddenly gone veggie or vegan, what about diabetes you can purchase urine test sticks from your pharmacy. A simple blood test at the docs may save you time money and effort!
@SW-User Thank you. :) I don't eat any such foods. I follow a strict Paleo diet, and my doctor knows about it. And when I started eating Paleo, I started small. I just began decreasing the amount of "bad" food I was eating till I found that I didn't crave it anymore. I know I don't have diabetes or thyroid problems. It runs in my family, so I get checked out frequently. I do think iron is the problem, but I am very surprised because of my diet.
