I find that working out boosts my energy.
@LegionIscariot It boosts my energy while I'm working out and a few hours afterwards. It's usually around 2pm when I start to crash down and feel really tired.

@LegionIscariot Heck no! Hahaha I follow the Paleo diet, so no unnatural sugars are in my diet.
My sleeping schedule is usually alright. At times, I do find myself staying up late, stressing about writing, though.
