high cholesterol runs in my family.
I finally had to give in and take medication for it.
Cut it in half, glad to say.

Rae...I know, I used to love Philadelphia herb and garlic cheese mixed with mayonnaise with more garlic powder added as a dip...it was delicious..

Booboo..Oh I love cauliflower cheese with crispy bacon broken up in it, topped off with toasted breadcrumbs..only once in a while as that's a naughty recipe..lol

Grilled with olive oil and garlic and fresh oregano. Or mixed with tahini. In moussaka. Deep fried is good too

Rae..Yes I like that but too much garlic pushes sugar levels up so I steer clear...but I loved garlic.

Tabitha....Oh it's been sooo long since I had fish and chips, I'm envious..lol

Zucchini is my fave, and a mixed veg bake in cheese sauce sounds delicious!

I roast mine with garlic and olive oil, it is delish!

I like carrots and asparagus the best

Chloe I have to admit I'm not vegetarian but I eat meat and carbs in moderation as I'm diabetic..I've not had maize..

Tabitha it's fine I just find it amusing, we call French fries chips here...it's funny the differences in our language..
