What's your favourite vegetable?

My partner is not a veg eater and he can't understand me sitting with just a plate of vegs or I do a mixed veg bake in a cheese sauce..cabbage is my favourite..

Prim: Too bad as it can help keep cholesterol levels lower.
high cholesterol runs in my family.
I finally had to give in and take medication for it.
Cut it in half, glad to say.
