What's your favourite vegetable?

My partner is not a veg eater and he can't understand me sitting with just a plate of vegs or I do a mixed veg bake in a cheese sauce..cabbage is my favourite..

Rae..Yes I like that but too much garlic pushes sugar levels up so I steer clear...but I loved garlic.
