What initiation rituals have you had to do to join a group or be accepted?

I had to swim across Prexies pond at 5:00 AM one october morning to become initiated into the football team at Concordia. Wasn't a big deal. Water was warmer than the air. About all we did was some occasional bar hopping on weekends.

Fraternity initiation in college. Not too bad.
