Very mush abusive.

I took 5 months off earlier this year and then fell back into bad habits.

I just downloaded the I am Sober app to go again. I will go as long as I can but I know we are not far from the festive season so will be tough.

Even some time off the booze will be better than drinking right through.

Non existent. I never really got into it. Drank a bit at 21, got bored with it. Haven't drank since. I never used any other ontoxicants, never even tried them. Now I wonder why people are so into being drunk or high. I just don't see what they're getting out of it.

I had an alcoholic parent (who eventually stopped drinking), so I've avoided the stuff all my life except a taste here or there. BTW, I really like the taste of many mixed drinks and I take that as a major warning.
