Did the dinosaurs have a purpose? Indeed they did, 6000 years ago the Earth was covered in a thick, dense layer of vegetation and it was the job of

the dinosaurs to clear this for their human masters. All dinosaurs were vegan and even the fearsome T Rex only ate vegetables, in fact 'T Rex' means 'Tree Rex' because they only ate trees. They cleared the Earth for years and once their job was done they all drowned in the great flood and became oil and gas.

An honourable existence indeed.
