Any home remedy for stuffy nose?

[i][c=BF0080]If you have a big mug, fill it with boiling hot water and a few drops of 100% oregano oil and breathe it in. Don’t drink it though 😝 You can cover it and microwave it later to use again. It can cut down on colds if done a bit. I was shocked it worked when I tried it. Oregano oil can be expensive though. [/c][/i]

Also you can use pressure by pressing a finger at a downward angle on your face starting near the top of your nose and at angle. Press firmly for about a minute and do the other side the same way. It gets blood circulating and it helps open up the sinuses

Drop some menthol crystals in a bowl of really hot water and inhale the steam. Will clear your nose and nearly blow your head off 👍

Not exactly a 'home remedy', but it works although kind of gross as you have to lean over the sink and squirt the water up your nose as it comes out your other nostril or mouth

Keep hot sauce in your mouth, for about five minutes (if you can stand it) then spit it. It will help you a lot.

Chinese mustard, I used to go get egg rolls just to get the mustard

eat a steaming hot cup of ramen noodles with cayenne pepper in it.

Peppermint tea can help open things up.

Friars balsam in steam with a towel over your head.

Anything menthol or salt mist .

drink a shot of creme de menthe 😅

Boil a pot of water and place your head over it with a towel draped over your head. Oh and turn the burner off before you do. Never know the level of common sense with people these days.
