pretty much any "simulator" game can be oddly satisfying. power wash simulator is weirdly relaxing.
slime rancher is also fun for me since i can just shut my brain off for an hour and farm lil jelly dudes.
also if you don't have a console there are free phone games too. Harvest town is literally a harvest moon clone but free and it's nice to slowly build up my farm.

Candy Crush...no kidding, when I first played it, I thought wow how relaxing, then all of a sudden one day the logo said "Time to relax" on the splash screen...

I find chess very relaxing if it is a slow time control--say two hours for the whole game.
