Saw something strange a few minutes ago.

I was coming home and I noticed these two ladies. Our neighbors a block away are having a party. Two ladies about 40 decided to go for a walk and a cigarette. It's 71 degrees here right now and sunny. The strange part is both women were wearing winter coats. I mean seriously!!!! I am wearing shorts and a short sleeved shirt. I had to do a double take at the winter coats. Lol!!! 😂
