I had to call state farm yesterday...

I short circuited when the dude picked up and said "this is Jake from state farm, how may I help you"
I like forgot to talk for a second. Should have asked him if he was wearing khakis 😂🤦

State farm is terrible and I hate them.. but that's funny - good marketing.

@SW-User yes. It was handled amazingly. I hate dealing with their customer service line so I go to their local location

@SW-User sorry to hear that! Most everyone I have talked to that had State farm had nothing but great things to say about them. But I guess nothing is ever perfect every single time.
